SHIPPING DESTINATION

MARS EXPORTS currently accepts and ships online orders to customers in the United States.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free Shipping — $0

Free standard shipping is available on every order. Standard delivery is expected within 10 days.

Expedited Shipping — $15

Customers who require faster delivery may select Expedited Shipping at checkout for an additional $15. The applicable delivery estimate will be displayed during checkout or provided with the order confirmation.

ORDER AND ADDRESS INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if any correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur because of carrier operations, weather, customs processing, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please contact us if an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period.
