MARS EXPORTS Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your MARS EXPORTS purchase. You may request an approved return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. This condition does not apply when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when you receive the wrong item.

REQUESTING A RETURN

Please contact MARS EXPORTS through our Contact page within the 30-day return period. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions and approval from us.

RETURN SHIPPING

MARS EXPORTS will cover the return shipping cost for all approved returns. We will provide or arrange the applicable return instructions after approving your request.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Include your order number and clear photographs where possible so we can review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

REFUNDS

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
