How long does delivery take?
Most standard orders are expected within approximately 10 days. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier or weather delays.
Is expedited shipping available?
Where available, expedited shipping costs an additional $15.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is emailed when it becomes available.

What is the return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us before sending the item back.

Will every item look exactly identical?
Natural wood, horn and handcrafted finishes can vary slightly in colour, grain, shape or pattern. These variations are normal and make each piece individual.
