30-day return requests
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return condition
Items should be unused, in their original condition and returned with the original packaging where possible. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate solution.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to post the refund.
